Traveling Troupe performances offers children and families a ‘first theatre experience’ and brings favorite childhood books to life for a transforming ‘page to stage’ experience. However, four performances on March 7, 14, and 21 (and June 6) will be held at Civic Theatre, and are open to the public, and totally free. All performances take place in area of Kent County Public and private schools. Traveling Troupe is made-up of a group of pre-teens, teens and adults volunteering their time to perform a family-friendly production for children aged, 8-14 years and their families.
